Returns
All items are brand new unless otherwise stated and carry a 28 day return to base warranty, with the exception of sheds, games tables, etc, in which case the manufacturer will arrange collection and replacement providing the faults are reported immediately.
This means that any problem arising with your purchase must be reported on receipt, and returned to us immediately if sent from our warehouse.
We will not refund any postage costs unless we are certain the item you received was faulty when we sent it, and will only refund items that are returned to us in the exact condition they were sent with original packaging and a note explaining the problem along with your username, item number and contact telephone number.
You will be offered a replacement or a refund, but the item value only will be refunded, not the original postage.
Items returned without faults or through purchasing error will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee provided they are returned exactly as sold with all packaging and tags intact.
We will not offer any warranty on items damaged by the buyer.
All of our items are security marked to prevent fraudulent claims, so please ensure any faulty or incorrect returns are the same item you originally received.
Fraudulent claims will result in prosecution.
