All of our standard delivery items are sent by recorded mail which we can supply in case of loss or damage to your item in transit. If you choose this option and your item gets lost, you are requested to make your own claim to Royal Mail with the information we provide.

For high value items, we recommend you choose Special Delivery or Parcelforce 24, and all overseas customers will receive their items with International Signed For Delivery only or Parcelforce International Scheduled Delivery.
